Three Multimillion-Dollar Homes in Aspen, Colorado, Are up for Auction Online

The properties each had been listed for between $20 million and $30 million

Three luxury homes in Aspen, Colorado, each previously listed for between $20 million and $30 million, will be offered at online-only auctions via Concierge Auctions in June.

All three properties were developed and are currently listed by Bill Guth of Aspen International Properties, who had collaborated with Concierge Auctions to sell his own home in Montecito, California, last year.

The most expensive of the group is a 11,254-square-foot estate on Stage Road, listed for $30 million in early March. The modern house has nine bedrooms as well as 10 full and one half bathrooms with expansive glass walls overlooking Maroon Creek and the forest beyond. There are also two levels of outdoor living space, a waterfront lawn with a private pond and a waterfall, according to the listing.

Separately, a restored Victorian house in Aspen’s West End neighborhood offers 6,917 square feet of interior space, including seven bedrooms, and seven full and two half bathrooms. It has a private courtyard with an outdoor kitchen and lounge, and a deck on the second floor with mountain views. It was listed in May 2019 for $22.995 million.

The third property, a new build, is also located in the West End. The 5,674-square-foot house has six bedrooms, and seven full and one half bathrooms, with Aspen Mountain and Hunter Creek views. It was listed for $20 million last December.

“The properties represent some of—if not the most—premier properties we’ve sold to date in Aspen in a decade-plus of continual market presence,” Chad Roffers, chairman of Concierge Auctions, said in a statement.

Online biddings will be held from June 27-30. Private virtual tours will be available by appointment before the auctions.
